We package everything with CARE. Our Team does the very best we can to assure your purchase DOES NOT get damaged during shipment.

Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. Yes we all are aware they are very slow. This unfortunatley is out of our control. Depending on the size/value of your purchase or BY REQUEST, we will Ship using FEDEX or UPS. There will be an additional cost and our customers will be notified of this prior to any shipment. 

TRACKING is Always provided to our Customers as soon as the package is shipped. This will be provided to you via email. 

LOST PACKAGES occasionally happen. This is not our fault as we have to rely on the major shipping companies to get our products we are selling to you. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance prior to shipment in the case of a lost package. NO we will not refund you. NO there is nothing we can do. Please contact the shipping provider chosen for any assistance you may require. 

CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to CANCEL your purchase, it must be cancelled prior to shipment. We don’t care why you want to cancel, that’s up to you. HOWEVER, once the item has shipped, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS nor will we be refunding you!!! Sorry.

RETURNS: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. It really is not our concern if you suffer from Buyers Remorse or don’t have the funds, or my favorite reason, “My son accidentally ordered it.“ WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. However, mistakes do sometimes happen. With that being said, if we happen to ship you the wrong item, we will be more than happy to pay for return shipping and send you out the originally ordered product. 

We Ship all items with care. That means if the product shows up Damaged in any way our customers have no choice but to contact the shipping provider they have chosen for any assistance you may require. The item you purchase from our Store is the exact item you will receive IN THE EXACT CONDITION you see it in. If you have any questions or concerns about its current state or condition, please contact us prior to ordering. 

Once there is a Sales agreement between NonSportsCards.com and our customer(s) regarding purchasing your item or collection we expect proper follow through. If The Team examines your items after we purchase them and they appear different or damaged or fake, we will be returning them immediately. 

We will be charging the customer for return shipping AND will be charging a $50 PENALTY FEE for attempting to Defraud NonSportsCards.com.

Once the customer accepts our Teams offer and the goods are shipped by the customer to our facility, the deal is final. After the shipment is received by NonSportsCards.com and reviewed, the customer will then be sent the agreed upon payment via the agreed upon way.  

1. we do not insure shipping unless the customer requests it
2. if we decide to purchase your item the customer will NOT receive the agreed upon sales amount until the item is received and reviewed for authenticity and accuracy.
3. there are no returns 
4. the usps is used for most shipments. FedEx and UPS may be used upon request or depending on the value of the goods being shipped
